EP DANCE was founded in 2016 by our Principal, Director & Founder Emily Place. Starting off with Baby Ballet and Adult Tap, we now offer classes in all aspects of theatre dance for kids and teens from our central Stockport Dance studio and our branches in Runcorn, and Frodsham.
Our students are given many opportunities throughout the year, from our annual show, dance competitions and much more.
Class sizes are small so each student can reach their maximum potential.

Meet The Team
Emily Place
PRINCIPAL
Emily started dancing at the age of 4, training in IDTA Ballet, Tap and Modern Jazz. When she left school she embarked on a 2 year Performing Arts Diploma at Shena Simon College, studying Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, Street, Commercial and Musical Theatre, gaining a triple Distinction. Upon leaving Shena Simon, Emily began her teacher training and started her first freelance teacher job with a dance school in Cheshire in September 2015. EP DANCE was then opened in April 2016 and the rest is history! Emily has most recently trained with Urban Strides on their Teacher Training Qualification to bring real authentic Street Dance to Stockport. Miss Emily heads up the majority of classes at EP DANCE and all classes in our Cheshire Branch.

ACRO TEACHER
Miss Adele joined the team in July 2023 as our Acro teacher, passing over her knowledge and expertise in Acrobatics and Gymnastics onto our students to start to grow our Acro Dance programme. A BATD trained teacher, Miss Adele is also a Primary School Teacher.

Attend your trial on three consecutive weeks.

On completion of your 3 week trial, we will email you to confirm your space. We will then bill you for the remaining classes that month and it's time to order your class uniform!
